Open all year round, situated on the banks of the Wyre Estuary Country Park close to Thornton-Cleveleys, the park is just seven miles from the bright lights of Blackpool. By contrast, the seaside town of Cleveleys is a little over two miles away, with its miles of walking on stretches of near-deserted beaches or its award-winning promenade, perfect for a stroll!

Close to a site of special scientific interest, the area is a haven for wildlife, birds, plants, and animals.

Heading further afield towards the Forest of Bowland and Lancaster, there are pretty villages and limitless countryside to explore, with the Lake District not far beyond.
