UK Leisure Parks was established over 30 years ago when Myles & Kerry McCarthy bought and developed their first residential park in Cheshire.

Our story began when Myles and Kerry McCarthy bought their very first residential park in Cheshire — the start of a family business built on care, commitment and genuine community spirit.
Today, the next generation of the McCarthy family plays a hands-on role in both the daily running of the parks and the long-term vision for the company. Their shared passion for providing safe, peaceful and high-quality places to live remains at the heart of everything we do. From the beginning, our aim has been simple: to create quiet, thoughtfully designed parks with tasteful landscaping and gated security — places where people can relax, feel supported, and truly feel at home.

With the second generation now stepping into leadership roles, the McCarthy family remains closely involved in every park. Dedicated on-site teams work alongside Myles Snr, Thomas and Miles Jnr to maintain the high standards we’re known for — ensuring every resident receives the care and attention they deserve.
