The Willerby Clearwater is 40ft x 20ft, this pre-loved lodge is in a spacious large plot, with private parking and a substantial wrap-around decking area, with smoked glass across the veranda. The sun deck area of the veranda has a sun trap dining area for enjoying the great outdoors. The Willerby Clearwater has energy efficient PVCU double-glazed windows and doors. Whilst this lodge has amazing kerb-appeal, we can truly state that the interior is immaculate.

As you enter, the open-plan layout and abundance of windows flood the living space with natural light. The Clearwater has lobby seating to change those muddy boots or wellies after your adventures. Sliding patio doors, give direct access to allow you to bring the outdoors in, two two-seater sofas, free-standing dining table and upholstered chairs, fitted cupboards, fully integrated appliances, including 4-burner gas hob. The kitchen has tremendous wow factor, the quality of the fittings, finish and huge work surface and parquet-style vinyl floor.
